Off Season Rentals

Rental Prices

There is no charge for any youth group holding a special event during the week in any building.

On the weekends, the rate is discounted 50% for youth groups.

Building rentals come with 60- eight-foot folding rectangle tables, 14 five-foot round tables, 511 chairs, 289 chair covers)

Storage

Add 7.25% sales tax. All storage fees have a $100 minimum. Storage dates are October 1st to the second Saturday in April. Additional $100 fee charged if item is taken out before the 2nd Saturday in April.

  • Automobiles – $30 per month – out by July 31st for preparation for the fair.
  • Boats, Trailers, RV’s – $15 per linear foot October 1st – Second Saturday in April

Extra Rentals

  • Tables or Picnic Tables – $10 per table per day
  • Chairs – $.50 per chair per day
  • Stage – $200 per day (On grounds only. Setup and electric charges may apply.)
  • Bleachers – $25 per set per day
  • Benches – $2 per bench per day

Grounds/Outside Sale or Auction

  • Outside Auction – $250 first day, $150 each succeeding day
  • Horse Show Arena – $200 per day (Lights- $15 per hour)
  • Horse Show Arena Extra – Lights $15 per hour
  • Horse Show Arena Extra – Extra Drag With Tractor $40 (Includes 1 drag before & 1 drag during event)
  • Horse Show Arena Extra – extra watering the arena $40
  • Pull/Tug A Truck Track – $200 each day
  • Exclusive Grounds Use – Base rate of $1,500 per day plus extras. Additional charges may apply for electric and rental equipment.

Community Building

The community building has a $400 cleaning deposit. The Community Building features 266 vinyl chairs, 70 universal white folding chairs and 176 metal folding chairs totaling 511 chairs. There are 61 eight-foot tables, 10 six-foot tables, and 14 5-foot round tables.

  • Private & Non-Profit Use
  • $300 per day (Monday-Thursday)
  • $500 per day (Friday-Sunday)
  • $100 per day (Setup/Teardown)
  • Commercial Use – $400 per any day
    (Defined as public traffic or significant opening of overhead doors)

Arts & Crafts Building

The arts & crafts building has a $300 cleaning deposit. Comes with 103 metal folding chairs and 32 eight-foot tables.

  • Private Use – $200 per day ($50 per setup/tear down day)
  • Auctions – $350 (Auction day + two setup days)
  • Commercial Use – $350 (Show day + two setup days)

Camping

On grounds Camping available most of the year. $25 per day (group discounts may apply) Please contact us for more information.

Other Buildings

There is a cleaning deposit of $300 for all buildings.

  • Office – $50 each day
  • Show Arena – $200
    (One barn is included, $100 per day per extra barn. Must be cleaned by renter.
    Availability depends on time of year)
  • Grandstand – $50 ($100 for grandstand lights. Track lights $100 per hour)
  • Restaurants – $50 (Summer months only)
  • 4-H Horse Barn – $5 per stall per day
    (Cleaned by renter. No charge to Junior Fair groups if stalls are cleaned)
  • Pork Producers Building – $200 (Only available May 1st – October 1st)
  • Shelter house – $35 per day
    ($25 per hour with one hour minimum if caretaker assists with extra tables & chairs.
    No charge unless exclusive use. $20 refundable deposit. Nine picnic tables & Eight benches.)
  • Gazebo – $35 per day (No deposit)
