Health Dept. has paid $4000 for renting the ground’s and buildings so far.
Camping Committee
Fair Camping – 3 spots still available in the West Camping area.
The Cushman Club will be camping and holding their swap meet May 12 – May15.

Judges for the fair are needed for Dairy, Dairy Beef Feeders and Beef. Other judges contracts will be sent this month, with the class schedules.
Dairy Beef Feeder Weigh in is Saturday, May 29th from 8am-10:30am.
Sheep Weigh in is Saturday, June 12th from 8am-10am and Goat Weigh in is that same Saturday, June 12th from 10am-11am.
Rides and Concessions
Emails have been obtained for 132 vendors/concession vendors. Messages were left with 10 to call back, there were 3 who didn’t have emails, and 11 whose phone numbers had issues, so no messages could be left. We will have to wait on those who haven’t given an email address, to call us for a contract. Some businesses are also now out of business.

Gate Workers are still needed for Wednesday and Saturday of the fair
Still need final approval for some Open Class judges, so contracts can be sent to them.

Contract for Restroom cleaning during the week of the fair needs approved.
Quote for 2 way radios needs approved.
Update on Fair re-opening guidelines – conference call held on April 20th.
