The Hardin County Agricultural Society is a community-based organization dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience to individuals during the Hardin County Fair and other events throughout the year. The activities outlined below are strictly prohibited. Any person who violates this Code is subject to discipline, up to and including removal from the Fairgrounds immediately:
- Abusive language towards another individual.
- Abuse of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs on the Hardin County Fairgrounds property
- Reporting to the fairgrounds while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Discourtesy or rudeness to another individual.
- Verbal, physical or visual harassment to another individual.
- Actual or threatened violence toward another individual.
- Conduct endangering the life, safety, health or well-being of others.
- Bullying or taking unfair advantage of others.
- Failing to cooperate with the Board.
- Not abiding by the health requirements of livestock exhibited in Ohio.
- Not abiding by the livestock exhibition rules found at ohioagriculture.gov.
- Not following general regulations found in the Hardin County Fair Premium Book.
Anyone entering the Fairgrounds agrees to abide by these rules described above and understands you may be removed or banned from the Fairgrounds for violating any of these rules.
