If you wish to camp at the Hardin County Fair or you are a current camper and wish to move to a 50AMP site or a closer site please contact the fair office at 419-675-2396.
You may bring your camper to the fairgrounds between September 1st and September 4th. Any camper on the grounds before Friday will be charged an additional $25.00/Night and Campers still on grounds after Monday, September 11th will be charged an additional $25.00/night (Weather Permitting)
Campers must be in place by Monday, September 5th at 6 PM and stay until Sunday, September 10th at 7 PM. Vacating your site before 7 PM on Sunday will forfeit your spot for the next year. When you bring your camper to the fairgrounds, you must come in the office and fill out the camping agreement and you will receive your window permits.
