Hardin County Junior Fair Board Wins Stock The Trailer Contest

Hardin County Junior Fairboard won first place for the West Central Ohio Region of the Stock the Trailer contest sponsored by Farm Credit Mid-America and Rural 1st.

It’s incredible to see our members have an idea that helps the community, run with it, and watch them succeed. We can’t thank the community enough for helping us make a difference.

The Junior Fair board will receive $5000 which will be used to promote youth growth and development. Hardin County donated 6,410 pounds of food.

The donations were dispersed among 5 entities within Hardin County to assist families and the elderly.

The Junior Fair board would like to thank all who donated, especially the Hardin County Pork Producers, Hardin County Cattlemen, McCullough Industries as well as Payne Feed and Supplies and Henderson Genetics. Special thanks go to Rick Gibson for the use of his trailer.
