The annual conflict of interest document for 2024/25 was given to every director to sign.

The article would state the Hardin County Agricultural Society shall authorize the use of money to acquire alcoholic beverages and a liquor permit to sell beverages at events that are hosted by the Society and retain the revenue derived from the sales of alcoholic beverages. Jack McBride seconded the motion. Members voted by secret ballot and ballots were counted by society non-members Marissa Osborne and Brittany Casper counting the votes. Brad Murphy oversaw the counting of votes. They verified the votes to come to the conclusion that the motion failed by a vote of 27 against and 21 for.
Rob Wilson moved to have all directors and employees pass a background check. This motion failed by receiving no 2nd motion. There were a lot of questions that were asked with no answers given.
