Fair board sets agenda for February meeting

The Hardin County Ag Society set the next meeting for February 5, 2025 with the following agenda.

      • Confirming white industrial plastic folding chairs for the Hardin County Community Foundation grant. 60 chairs(15 – 4 packs) for $2,148 w/shipping from Sam’s Club.

      • Emails went out last month to current fair campers about registering and paying for their spots – new system being used. 
      • Fair camping rent is due by Friday, February 14th

  • Annual Consignment Sale is scheduled for Saturday, March 8th at 9am, items to be consigned can be dropped off on Thursday and Friday, March 6th & 7th from 8am-6:30pm.

  • Rentals for February and March 
  • Approve the Emergency Response Plan 
  • Our March Board Meeting is Wednesday, March 5th at 7pm in the Fair Office.
