- Waiting on a few new campers to pay. The new 28 spots for fair campers will be called when sites are done.
- Entertainment Committee
- Concert Entertainer for the 2025 Hardin County Fair will be announced Tuesday, April 22nd, with tickets going on sale that Friday – April 25th.
- Harness Racing Contracts will be sent this month, a note about change in start time to 6pm from 7pm will be noted
- Livestock Committees
- Minutes from Horse Committee
- State of Ohio Dept. of Agriculture Poultry Proclamation for Hardin County
- Poultry Clinic – Saturday, April 19th, 10am in Show Arena
- Vet contract needs updated and sent
- Dairy Beef Feeder Weigh in and tagging is scheduled for Saturday, May 17th from 8-10:30am
- Rides, Concessions & Vendors
- Concession & Vendor Contracts are now available to be submitted online, with many already being done.
- Total changeover from vendors being in the Youth Ag. Center to the Machinery building will begin soon. All of Fine Arts will be moved to the Youth Ag. Center.
- Advertising/Sponsorship Committee
- Online Sponsorships have started with money coming in

- Fair Book is ready to go to print.
- Turn in judges for the fair, contracts will be sent in May

- Fair Spring District Meeting update
- Our May Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7th at 7pm in the Fair Office.
