The Hardin County Ag Society set the next meeting for December 3, 2025 with the following agenda.

Financial Reports (discuss budget for 2026 and approve)

  - Next work session is scheduled for Wednesday,December 17, 2025.

  - Committees for 2026
  - Any changes to rental rates?
  - Code of Conduct needs to be signed by all directors and employees
  - Select 2026 Fair Honoree

  - Poultry committee is meeting Tuesday, Dec. 2nd
  - Livestock Committee chairman were reminded to have a meeting with their committees to discuss their fair book edits soon and minutes need to be turned in for the full board to approve changes. (Beef, Rabbits, Dairy Beef Feeders, & Dairy)
  - Steer Weigh in is scheduled for Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 from 9-12pm.
