Ag Society members who want to change the Fair's Constitution or Bylaws must send their request, with 25 member signatures, to the Fair Secretary by Friday, October 16.

How to request a change
- Write up the change you want.
- Get 25 member signatures and attach them to your request.
- Get the request to the Fair Secretary by Friday, October 16, 2026.
What happens next
If someone requests a change, it will be posted on the Fair’s website 2 weeks before the Annual Election.

The Hardin County Agricultural Society’s Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Community Building.
