The Hardin County Agricultural Society will hold its annual election for Directors on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm in the Fair office at the Hardin County Fairgrounds.
All members of the Agricultural Society may vote for all open positions and must have paid the additional $2 membership ticket after purchasing a season ticket.
If you are someone who lives in Hardin County and wants to vote, but doesn’t have the membership ticket, you can still purchase a membership ticket until October 15th during Secretary office hours.Â

To run for a position, you need to be a member of the society and have picked up a petition at the Secretary office. The signed petitions need to be returned to the Secretary’s Office by 4 pm on Friday, Oct. 24th, 2025.
The election will be followed at 7:30 pm by an annual meeting and the re-organizational meeting in the Arts/Crafts Building. All members are invited to attend the annual meeting.Â
