Hardin County Ag Society Annual and Reorganizational Meetings: November 4, 2026

The Hardin County Ag Society holds its annual meeting and reorganizational meeting Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 6:30pm in the Community Building. Topics include ticket prices, a resolution on alcoholic beverages at the fairgrounds, and two vacant township positions.

  2. Minutes of last annual meeting to be read, already approved at December regular board meeting
  3. Membership & Season Ticket Prices
  4. Membership tickets can be purchased in the Fair Office, at the Fairground’s, starting Monday, August 2nd, 2027 and runs until Friday, October 15th, 2027. A season ticket needs to be purchased first and then the $2 membership ticket can be purchased. The membership ticket gives the member rights to vote in the annual Fair Board Director election and gives the person rights to run for a Fair Board Director position.

  6. Annual Conflict of Interest Form for 2026/27
  7. Resolution to adopt alcoholic beverages at the Hardin County Fairgrounds during the off season of the fair. Currently the only place alcoholic beverages can be consumed is in the Community Building, this resolution would allow alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the whole fairgrounds and in any building (including the new Event Center). This resolution would also allow alcoholic beverages to be sold at events, which is currently not allowed. If passed, this resolution would be presented to the Hardin County Commissioners to allow them an opportunity to change their lease agreement with the fairgrounds.
