The Demonstration Area is located at the east end of the Community Building. Planned and conducted by the Ohio State University Extension (Family and Consumer Sciences) and the Hardin County Homemakers. 12:30 p.m.	Pie Day Judging (see page 84 of Fair Book)
5-6:00 p.m.	Children’s Dish Day: Favorite No-Bake Dessert (i.e. Parfait, Protein Bar, Cookie or Pie) Please bring your recipe and a sample plate of your dessert on/in a small disposable plate (6 inches) or cup (6 ounces).

6:30-9:00 p.m.	Youth Cutting Board Challenge (grades 7-12) **Pre-registration required by August 11. Call the OSU Extension Office for registration information. 419-674-2297. Gather your team of 4 and come create in the kitchen! Cost $5 per person ($20 per team).
