The Hardin County Ag Society set the next meeting for December 6, 2023 with the following agenda.

  4. Vote for 2 directors to be appointed.  Swear in directors that still need to be sworn in
  5. Minutes of last meeting  
  6. Financial Reports (Profit & Loss Year Comparison)
  7. Bills to Approve

    • Executive Committee
      • 2024 budget needs approved
      • Code of Conduct needs signed be everyone, including employees

Our next monthly Board Meeting is Wednesday, January 10th at 7pm in the Community Building. 

(one week later due to the OFMA Convention the first week of January)
