Board sets agenda for January meeting

The Hardin County Ag Society set the next meeting for January 10, 2024 with the following agenda.

Financial Reports, the State Auditor Report (Hinkle Report) will be sent this month, quarterly taxes, semi annual taxes, W-2’s and 1099’s will be done this month, too.

  - Camping payments are due by February 16^th.

  - 2024 Fair contracts with The Magic of Farming Show, Magic Man TJ Hill, Studimo Productions for sound, stage, and lighting, Derbydog demo derby, and the Saturday night entertainer have been signed.
- Livestock Committees
  - Crooks and Sons Excavating still have not paid their livestock sale invoice and C & Y Painting still needs to pay for an add on.

Fair edits for sections of the fair book are due to Judi by the last day of this month.

Start working on getting your judges for the fair – updated sheets for judges are available.
Annual Consignment Sale is scheduled for Saturday, March 9^th at 9am, items to be consigned can be dropped off on Wednesday, March 6^th from 4-6:30pm, Thursday, March 7^th from 8am-6:30pm or Friday, March 8^th from 8am-6:30pm.

Our next monthly Board Meeting is Wednesday, February 7th at 7pm in the Community Building.
